IT Specialist

We are looking for a talented IT Specialist to provide on-site and remote support to our established base of clients.  The ideal candidate, should have at least 2 years of experience providing support to end-users either via telephone, using remote control tools or on-site. The ideal candidate will possess current CompTIA Server+, Network+ and A+ certifications.

Job Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will interact with end users on a daily basis, either on the phone, or in person, to understand the situation and bring the issue to closure.

Windows system engineer

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Work with Field Service and Operations Manager to develop plans and goals

  • Coordinate delivery and installation of technology that meet quality assurance standards.

  • Assist the technical and project teams in design and development tasks.

  • Drive problem investigation and resolution as required.

  • Top tier technical escalation source.

  • Maintain industry credentials

  • Remain current with industry trends applicable to client needs.

  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service offerings and how it relates to customer’s needs.

  • Review IT publications and online materials to remain up to date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry.

  • Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service offerings and how it relates to customer’s needs Involvement in the design and building of new services.

  • Mentor those with less experience.
